A portion of every book sold will be donated to 2nd Chance Shelter, 501(c) (3) non-profit, no-kill dog shelter in Boaz, Alabama dedicated to saving the lives of dogs who are scheduled to be euthanized the day they are rescued. Second Chance North transports dogs to Wisconsin where they are fostered and adopted so that they can live their best lives.
